A catslide roof slopes downward significantly lower than the main roof ridge line, which makes creating a seamless structural opening a highly technical task.
However, our integrated architectural design and structural engineering teams found an elegant solution. By seamlessly modifying the roofline, we successfully executed a high-specification rear dormer loft conversion, delivering a stunning, light-filled bedroom and a modern, full-sized bathroom.
